Alaya AI provides a fully gamified AI data collection UI integrated with Web3 social gaming mechanisms to provide a better data monetisation experience over traditional data crowdsourcing platforms. Data contributors (dApp users) receive $AGT, $ETH/$BNB etc., in-game experience points and NFT rewards for contributing AI data through various forms of gamified AI training tasks, knowledge challenges and daily quests.

Alaya AI’s in-game ecosystem consists of five basic elements: Alaya NFTs, Medallion NFTs, $AGT tokens, Alaya experience points and energy points.

Alaya NFTs can be understood as each user’s selectable player characters, while Medallion NFTs represent their skills, achievements, and specialised expertise. All users are provided a basic level one Alaya NFT with three energy points upon registration. Energy points are consumed each time a user completes a set of data tasks. By default, one energy point is recovered every six hours and a maximum of three energy points can be stored.

Alaya NFTs come in different varieties and rarities, which have different attributes that could influence gameplay factors, such as the number and type of tasks they can complete and their energy recovery rate. Users can acquire additional Alaya NFTs through in-game mechanisms and select different Alaya NFT characters for different strategies to gain additional advantages.

$AGT is the backbone of Alaya AI’s economic system and serves as both a utility token and a governance token. $AGT is used for in-game consumption (e.g., NFT upgrades), custom data requests, AI model staking, advanced task bounties and governance voting, etc.

Both Alaya NFTs and Medallion NFTs can be upgraded with Alaya experience points to increase their attribute points. Rarer and higher-level NFTs upgrades may require additional $AGT tokens at set level intervals, these NFTs are required for advanced users to access specialised AI training tasks and unlock unique user achievements.
